According to my RSS feed as of August 2011 I subscribe to 96 blogs and I’m not even sure how many I receive via email. There are so many that I read and like but these are my favorite bloggers and I’ve linked to my current favorite of their posts with short descriptions.

I also love this article from CNN written by Jill from Scary Mommy about how great mommy blogging is for community.

• Baby on Bored: I love Stephanie Wilder Taylor. I read both her books and even won an autographed copy of one!
• Classy Chaos: I couldn’t pick one post so I picked them all.
• Higher Highs, Lower Lows: This is how I found the whole world of mommy blogging, this was the first blog I subscribed to from someone I didn’t know. It came up on my wordpress homepage one day and I was intrigued and clicked it. This post was especially memorable so I saved it in my gmail archives since I subscribe via email. I am so lucky that I didn’t have PPD but when I read this post Bella hadn’t been born yet and anything could have happened.
• Mama’s Losin It: Mama Kat is hilarious. There’s nothing else to it. I love her vlog about singing in the car. Since I’ve seen this I think about it every time I’m singing along to pop radio. Plus, her pretty much world famous writer’s workshop is well world famous.
• Mommy Wants Vodka: She’s too funny, heartfelt and awesome to pick one. And she makes me swear.
• Moosh in Indy:  I really heart Casey. She quickly became one of my favorites with her amazing photography, huge compassion and raw honesty like in the attached post. Plus she tweeted me that we’re linked forever since I was the first to comment on her babble post.
• Motherhood in NYC:  She actually made cancer funny, I didn’t know that was possible but Marinka did it.
• Scary Mommy: She’s not at all scary, and I’m the one who picked the outfit in this post!
• The Bloggess: Her post on the big metal chicken went viral for a reason — she’s fucking hilarious.
• Go Guilty Pleasures: Jules cracks me up. All the time.
• Sellabit Mum: She takes gorgeous photos and wears gorgeous things and lives in Minnesota like me!
